These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form a legal contract between Securify and each individual user of our Services (if you are accessing our services with an account provided by your employer, your user governed by a contract between your employer and Securify). You must be old enough to agree to the Terms to use our Services.
What personal data dose Securify collect?
Under California's Privacy Laws, we disclose the types of Personal Data we collect. However, we don't collect all of it for every user. For instance, Billing Data isn't required for Securify "Free" or Business Users. The following sections offer detailed information on what we collect and how it's used.
If you don’t agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them; unfortunately, that means you will no longer be able to use the Services. If you use the Services in any way after a change to the Terms is effective, that means you agree to all of the changes.
How dose Securify obtain data?
We obtain data from various sources: directly from you when you create an Account or subscribe, from others when invited by your employer, automatically through Apps or cookies, and from third parties like performance analysis tools. Personal Data collected includes email and billing information for Subscriptions, but complete payment details are stored by payment processors. We use technology, including cookies, for collecting usage data. Further details are available in our privacy policy.
How dose Securify use personal data?
Securify utilizes Personal Data to deliver and advertise the Services, as well as to address your inquiries, including:
Establish, maintain, and secure your Account.
Identify you as a user and provide the Services you request.
Perform fraud detection and authentication.
Measure Usage Data to improve the Services and your interactions with them.
Provide you with interfaces and options you request or as required by the jurisdiction from which youaccess the Services.
Respond to support inquiries and other requests.
Manage advertising efforts on third-party sites and platforms as described below.
